At 5ESC, we offer a detailed look at how you run — and how to improve it. Using video-based gait analysis, movement observation, and technical drills, we break down your stride to identify inefficiencies, imbalances, and habits that may limit your performance or increase injury risk. 🛠️ What You Get: Video analysis from multiple angles (treadmill or track-based) Evaluation of posture, stride length, footstrike, hip/knee alignment, and arm mechanics Personalised feedback on technique issues and areas for improvement Structured running drills and movement exercises tailored to your needs Optional follow-up session to re-test progress over time 🎯 Who it’s for: Sprinters, middle- and long-distance runners Team sport athletes looking to run more efficiently Beginners struggling with form or discomfort Athletes returning from injury Anyone who wants to run smoother, faster, and with less strain 🧠 Why It Matters: Research shows that poor mechanics increase injury risk and reduce running economy. Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings & Payments All sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Multi-session plans must be used within 3 months of purchase. Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24h) will be deducted from your plan. Exceptions may apply in cases of injury or emergency. 3. Refunds Plans are non-refundable once started. Unused sessions may be transferred to another athlete (with approval). 4. Injury or Medical Hold Plans can be paused for injury with a valid medical reason. Return to training must be approved by a coach. 5. Athlete Commitment Consistent communication is expected for best results. Progress depends on following the agreed training structure. 6. Coach's Right to Modify 5ESC may adjust the plan based on progress, injuries, or testing results. We reserve the right to refuse service if terms are not respected.
