This is not just a run club or cookie-cutter plan — this is a fully personalised, 10-session coaching package designed to meet your exact needs as a runner. Whether you're preparing for a race, returning from injury, or starting from scratch, we combine everything that matters into one focused plan: technique, structure, strength, testing, and real coaching support. 🛠️ What’s Included: 10 x 1-on-1 coaching sessions (indoor or outdoor) Running technique work with video feedback Custom training plan with weekly structure Strength & conditioning tailored to your goals Lactate and/or max HR testing (if needed) Support with race strategy, pacing, and mindset Flexible adjustments based on your feedback Ongoing communication + progress tracking Optional massage or recovery support built-in 🎯 Who It’s For: New runners who want real coaching, not just a couch-to-5k plan Intermediate or returning runners needing structure Competitive athletes preparing for 800m to marathon Anyone serious about running better, not just further 🧠 The 5ESC Difference: We look at the whole athlete — not just your pace or mileage. Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings & Payments All sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Multi-session plans must be used within 3 months of purchase. Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24h) will be deducted from your plan. Exceptions may apply in cases of injury or emergency. 3. Refunds Plans are non-refundable once started. Unused sessions may be transferred to another athlete (with approval). 4. Injury or Medical Hold Plans can be paused for injury with a valid medical reason. Return to training must be approved by a coach. 5. Athlete Commitment Consistent communication is expected for best results. Progress depends on following the agreed training structure. 6. Coach's Right to Modify 5ESC may adjust the plan based on progress, injuries, or testing results. We reserve the right to refuse service if terms are not respected.
