At 5ESC, we combine lactate threshold testing and max heart rate testing into one efficient session — saving time and giving you the real physiological data needed to structure smarter training. Whether you're a runner, team sport athlete, or multisport competitor, this testing helps define your personal training zones, eliminate guesswork, and optimise your intensity control. 🛠️ What You Get: A progressive treadmill test. This method is often off by 10–20 beats or more, meaning you're likely training in the wrong zones — too hard when you should go easy, or too easy when you need stimulus. Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings & Payments All sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Multi-session plans must be used within 3 months of purchase. Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24h) will be deducted from your plan. Exceptions may apply in cases of injury or emergency. 3. Refunds Plans are non-refundable once started. Unused sessions may be transferred to another athlete (with approval). 4. Injury or Medical Hold Plans can be paused for injury with a valid medical reason. Return to training must be approved by a coach. 5. Athlete Commitment Consistent communication is expected for best results. Progress depends on following the agreed training structure. 6. Coach's Right to Modify 5ESC may adjust the plan based on progress, injuries, or testing results. We reserve the right to refuse service if terms are not respected.
